What forms of payment are accepted?
In an effort to simplify the way BobRalston.com works, and in order for people to get their merchandise in a faster way, we are now only accepting checks and money orders. With the new printable order form, you simply indicate what merchandise you want, figure in the shipping & handling and sales tax (if you are a California resident), and mail in your payment with your order. Once your order is received, Bob will shortly thereafter fill your order and sent it out to you. This new system should greatly cut down on the long turnaround times our customers have been experiencing lately.
How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and Handling for all the merchandise (unless otherwise noted) is $4.95 for the first item and $2.00 each additional item. The Milestones & Memories CD set and Cassette set are considered to be two items since they each contain 2 CDs and 2 Cassettes respectively. Shipping & Handling on either of these items alone, therefore, is $6.95.
How do I order the product(s) I want?
Print out the order form and browse the website for information on the products available for purchase. When you decide what you want, fill out the order form, and mail it to SPOTOMA with your payment.
Should I send payment first, or wait for my merchandise to come?
You should send in payment with your completed order form.
How long after I send my payment can I expect my merchandise?
Merchandise is sent out by Media Mail. This usually takes just a few days but could take up to four weeks. In addition, because of the large quantity of orders we receive, we are asking for up to three weeks processing time, to handle your order and prepare your merchandise for mailing after we receive your payment. That means that, at the very most, it could take up to eight weeks, from the time that you mail your order, for you to receive your merchandise (providing about a week for your order to get to us, plus up to three weeks for processing, and possibly 4 weeks for delivery). However, we do hope to get your merchandise to you much sooner than that. We do also offer faster shipping options, such as express mail.
